How we manage social media at Emberce with Markish

We want people to know what we are building. We share updates about Karyaniti, our work with Madhyapur Hospital, and client projects so people can follow along and get to know Emberce.

Keep social media focused on the work

We do not produce a high volume of posts. We want to share useful updates consistently across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Even one post takes a few steps: write a caption, prepare an image or video, choose the channels, get feedback, publish, and check the results. One person or a few teammates handle those accounts, so the details can end up spread across platform dashboards and chat threads.

We use Markish, a social media management platform built in Nepal, to keep that work together. It gives us one place to connect our accounts, organize content, review posts with the team, schedule and publish, and check performance.

Bring project context into the workflow

AI is already part of how we work. Our AI tools have context about the products and projects we build, so they can help turn that work into a draft caption or post. Some posts start with our team, others with AI. Both go through the same review process.

Markish's MCP connection lets an AI assistant work with posts in the platform. MCP, or Model Context Protocol, is a way for AI assistants to use connected tools. We can use the project context in our AI workflow to create or revise a post in Markish, then manage it there with the rest of our social content. Markish is the workspace for the full process. MCP connects our assistant to it.

Review together before publishing

A teammate can comment on the caption, video, or thumbnail and ask for a change. We can use those notes to guide another revision with the AI assistant, then return the update for review. The discussion stays with the post, so everyone can see what needs attention and when it is ready.

Once the team approves a post, we choose its channels and schedule or publish it from Markish. That saves us from setting up the post separately in each platform's publishing dashboard.

Check what is working

Markish brings performance information from our social accounts into one place. We can compare available metrics across channels and see which posts are getting attention, without checking every platform's professional dashboard separately.

Those metrics help us decide what to share more of and where to focus. When we look at them alongside where client inquiries come from, we get a better sense of which channels are helping start conversations.

For us, Markish keeps the social workflow in one place, from planning and review to publishing and analytics. MCP lets our AI assistant work with that process using the project context it already has. We spend less time moving between dashboards and more time sharing the work we are doing.
