Karyaniti makes Nepal Supreme Court case search easier to start

Legal research can begin with a remembered phrase, a case subject, or a decision number. Karyaniti gives researchers a more direct way to start searching Nepal Supreme Court judgments, including when they type Nepali with a regular English keyboard.

Search should match how people type

A researcher may remember a Nepali legal phrase but not have a Nepali keyboard layout ready. Karyaniti accepts Romanized Nepali and shows a Devanagari preview as the searcher types. Researchers can also switch to Nepali mode and enter Unicode directly.

That small change removes a needless step between remembering a term and trying it. Searchers can check the converted phrase, adjust it, and submit the query from the same field.

Move from a phrase to a judgment

Karyaniti searches an indexed collection of cases and lets people browse judgments by case subject. Search results show useful case details, matching passages, and the full case text, so readers can inspect why a result matched without starting over in a long document.

Case discovery is only useful when the original record stays close. Each result links back to the official Nepal Kanoon Patrika record, where researchers can verify the judgment at its source. Karyaniti helps with discovery and review; the official record remains the reference point.

Build around the research task

The product brings together language-aware input, case browsing, passage matching, and source links in one search flow. Each part addresses a practical step researchers already take: enter a phrase, narrow the subject, inspect the relevant text, then confirm the original judgment.

Karyaniti is an Emberce product built around a specific information problem in Nepal. The same product thinking guides our work in custom software and AI: start with the task, reduce the steps that get in its way, and keep the result easy to verify.
